Alexa Korotka and Abby Elmhorst competed last night at the FFA leadership development event speaking contest in the employability skills area. Both represented our school well. Abby received first place and will be advancing to the sectional competition. Congratulations to these stellar individuals!
Please check the Lost and Found, there are some really nice items on there, including a couple of nice winter jackets. Don’t wait too long! We will be packing up all the items and sending them to Goodwill!
Speaking of Lost and Found…… A phone was found on the sidewalk/ground on the corner of Beech Street and 4th Street after school on Tuesday, January 28th. The phone is in a turquoise/blue case...Stop in the office to claim.
Students...join in on the fun of reading. During the second semester, there will be a wide variety of reading promotions run in the library. Set a second-semester reading goal and track your reading on our bookmarks. Have a blind date with a book...you might just find your new love...reading! See the posters around school for more information or just stop in the library and inquire about our programs.
